How to Use

0. Service Objective

Interlinkey is designed to let you quickly and easily handle internal linking, keyword checking, and keyword optimization before publishing your blog posts or news articles on your site.
You can complete all tasks on a single screen without any complex editing processes.

1. Registering Internal Links

First, register the internal link keywords and URLs that you frequently use on your blog or site. Choose the method that suits you best from the 3 options below.

  • Direct Input: Type the keyword and URL directly into the internal link window.
  • Copy & Paste: Paste a list of keyword + URL organized in Excel or elsewhere directly.
  • Extract links from text: Check "Extract links from text" and paste raw text containing links, and the links will be extracted and registered automatically.

The registered internal link information is stored in your browser's Local Storageand remains intact upon revisiting, eliminating the need to re-enter it every time.

2. Adding Internal Links to Your Text

Paste the raw text that needs internal links into the left editor window.

  • Words that exactly match registered keywords are highlighted in blue.
  • Words similar to registered keywords are highlighted in orange.

Highlight Behavior

  • Click blue highlight → The URL for that keyword is immediately applied as a link.
  • Click orange highlight → A list of similar keywords appears, and clicking one updates the word and applies the link.

3. Optimizing Keywords

When writing a blog post or news article, you typically need 4 to 10 main keywords. However, while writing, you might miss keywords or find the review process cumbersome. Interlinkey solves this problem.

Select the 'Keyword Management' tab in the right window. By pasting the keywords you had in mind while writing, you can use the following features:

  • Display how many times each keyword was used in the text.
  • Exact matches → Highlighted in blue.
  • Similar words → Highlighted in orange.
  • Click orange highlight → Display similar keyword list and auto-replace.

4. Copying After Completion

Once internal linking and keyword work are done, click the 'Copy' button.
Now, you can paste the document with the new interlinking and keywords applied directly into your desired blog or website.

5. Managing Site Tabs

Users may run multiple blogs or sites.
Interlinkey supports up to 5 site tabs, allowing you to store different internal link information for each site.
